The lines quickly get blurred between: - Weekdays and weekends - Daily start and finish time - IST, ET, and PT 🌍🕞 - Client consultations and debriefs And yet, it’s incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. One key learning I haven’t yet mastered? Get outside as much as possible. When you’re outside, be fully present—no agenda, no task list, just a chance to disconnect. My question may sound odd to you today... But... Do you take a bath everyday or at least 3-5 times a week to keep your body clean? or Have you ever tried Sauna to relax your physical and mental being? #BreathworkStories 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 experiment. 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐢𝐧? I am changing up the #Breathwork stories format for a while. Every Wednesday I'll be inviting you to a simple breath+experiment for a personal insight: your breathwork story. For today’s experiment I invite you to: 🫁𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 10 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡. If your lungs were a bucket you would fill it more than ⅔ with every breath.   How do you feel? A little dizzy? Out of breath? Here’s what just happened: fast breathing didn’t give you “too much oxygen”, as you might sometimes hear. It actually created an oxygen deficit. Really? Yes. Without getting into the rabbit hole of biochemistry, let me put it like this. When we breathe faster than “optimal” the oxygen we inhale goes in and out without  getting to your tissues and organs. Including our idol—the brain. 📚I remember I was shocked to find out during my Oxygen Advantage Instructor training that 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐱𝐲𝐠𝐞𝐧 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐲 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐨 60%(!!!) - Foggy thinking   - Low energy   - Poor focus   - Reactive decisions What are the chances that “stressed faster breathing” is behind those? Yes, stressed does it too. You know when something knocks us out of balance and we never fully gain it back. Never fully calm, focused, and present. And supporting the gray, on-the-anxious-side zone is the rushed chest-and-shoulder breath.  I can't tell you how many times it was the case. Call to action for your personal breathwork story. The most underrated superpower of 🦄 employees and founders are transferable skills. This winter I got so mad at myself after discovering my new favorite hobby - ice skating. ⛸️ For years I was afraid to try it because of all the “what ifs”. Even though I was roller skating my whole life and everyone said it’s almost the same, I didn’t try until my daughter put it on her wish list. It was time to put aside the fears, be a confident role model for my kid and voilà - I loved it! But at the same time I was so mad at myself for not trying for years and missing all the fun it brings. And that made me wonder: how much potential is missed when you don’t trust someone’s innate abilities and transferable skills? I didn’t learn to ice skate. I just stood on the skates and knew it instinctively. But I did learn how to roller skate and spent years perfecting the skill. I missed years of winter magic and fun activity because I didn’t see the power of transferable skills. And I see this all the time: 📄 Companies missing to see potential of candidates beyond their past experiences 🦄 Internal mobility teams failing to recognize unicorn employees 🤝 Team leaders not betting on the talent with highest ROI 💡Founders letting go off their innovative ideas because they have not done something similar in the past It hurts me to see all the wasted potential and impact unicorn employees and founders can make. This problem has an easy solution 👉 bridging the gap between past experiences and future impact through innate human potential. 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦? It's an image of my entrepreneurial spirit in action one of seizing the moment no matter who is watching or how out of place I might feel. That is how I approach my work and life. ✅ Every new project, whether a photo shoot or strategy session, is an opportunity to innovate. ✅ There is a lesson in everything - good or bad that you can apply next time around. ✅ Challenges are just opportunities in disguise, so don't give up! How do you maintain your resilience? One of my go to activities is yoga 🧘‍♀️ Why do I love yoga? Because whilst I do yoga, I can only concentrate on the present moment as each pose requires presence with the breath and presence with the muscles needed to execute it. When I am not fully present: ❌ I lose my balance ❌ I hurt myself ❌ I get frustrated ❌ It feels harder than it needs to... Whilst I am fully present: ✅ I can avoid falling over ✅ I can avoid hurting myself ✅ I can avoid overwhelm ✅ I can get the benefits of doing the pose ✅ I can get the benefits from regulating my nervous system ✅ My brain can get a rest ✅ My body can get the intended workout ✅ I feel energised, nurtured and peaceful... What is there not to love? I also get: 💪more flexible 💪more toned 💪more empowered 💪more mindful 💪more present 💪more patient 💪more resilient... So what are you waiting for? ❗You haven't got time? ↪ all it takes is 10 minutes a day to get started (baby steps will keep you focused and motivated) ❗You have too much else to do! ↪ 10 minutes of yoga will give you more energy to do everything else. ❗ I won't keep it up! ↪ that's why 10 minutes a day is doable. ❗ I am not flexible enough! ↪ You will become more flexible with everyday that you practise. ... ❓How do you maintain your resilience? ❓Want more energy in your life? ❓Want some help make a plan that you can stick to? ps: doesn't have to be yoga, it can be any of your go to activities. It’s summertime ☀️ I’m currently in Austria and flowers are blooming everywhere😀 Do you know why humans react so positively to flowers? Research has shown that having a bunch of beautiful flowers around triggers happy emotions and helps lift feelings of depression and anxiety. But why do humans react so well to flowers you ask? Well, for more than 5000 years people have been cultivating flowers for their aesthetic and medicinal purposes as well as the chemical effect they have on us. When we're stressed we release something called cortisol this is the stress hormone but actually engaging with flowers, smelling flowers and being mindful with flowers can actually reduce the levels of cortisol and help you feel more relaxed. Flowers are known to stimulate several chemicals like dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin in our brains. These are the ‘happy’ chemicals. And whenever we see or receive some pretty flowers our brain instantly recognises that as a good, rewarding thing. Basically, it’s better than chocolate 😜😜when looking at some beautiful bouquets! While this sounds impressive, it doesn’t scream to your ICP “𝘐 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮.” 2️⃣ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴: You’re sharing leadership problems, a few inspirational quotes, and your personal story about the problems you encountered during your last ski trip, but there isn't a consistent message that solves the problem of your ideal client. Your audience reads your posts and thinks, “𝘊𝘰𝘰𝘭” but not "𝘞𝘖𝘞!
